As the daughter of Rosemary Gaines, a 30 - year veteran Realtor/Broker in the North Dallas community, Jo Antovoni learned the dynamics of real estate at a young age. After 13 years as co-owner of a very successful trucking, distribution and fulfillment company Jo followed in the footsteps her mother and acquired her real estate license in 2001.
Jo started out in the luxury homes market but because of the current demand in the marketplace for experienced realtors in facilitating REO and short sale transactions, in 2008 Jo continued her education to include distressed properties and working with short sales and diversified her services adding a portfolio of REO listings and a short sale department to her business.
Despite the recent downturn in the real estate market Jo´s business has continued to grow. She consistently ranks in the top 1% of realtors worldwide.
